I know that the above statement is totally contrary to what we have been taught about greatness, many of our church leaders turned motivational preachers have told us that our Dreams matter in life more than any other thing. We have been driven to be self-centered and selfish in our thinking and disposition to the detriment of our manifestation.
We have to understand the ‘ways’ of God and His ‘thoughts’ for us to effectively walk with Him. This is one of the most inspiring thoughts that I’ve found out in scriptures about God and Man. The truth is that His ‘ways’ are really different from our ways because His ‘thoughts’ are totally different from our thoughts. The Lord revealed this truth to Isaiah the Prophet, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” – Isaiah 55:8-9.
One of the ways of God that I discovered is that Your Dreams do not matter that much and our lifting are always connected to ‘helping’ someone else fulfill his dreams.
